The trailer of Mammootty starrer ‘Nanpakal Nerathu Mayakkam‘ directed by Lijo Jose Pellissery has been released on Mammootty‘s company’s YouTube channel. A one-and-a-half-minute-long trailer has been released. The film was screened at the International Film Festival and received excellent reviews. Opinions say that this is the best movie of Lijo Jose’s career and Mammootty’s performance is perfect for it.

The crew had informed us that the film will hit the theatres. Earlier there was some confusion regarding the release of the film. There were doubts about whether the film would release theatrically or directly as an OTT release. But the crew informed us that the film will be released in the theatres. It also received the award for the popular film at IFFK.

Along with Mammootty, Ashoka is playing the lead role in the film. Palani was the main location of the movie which is being prepared in Tamil Nadu as the backdrop. Lijo Pellissery has written the story and the screenplay and dialogues of the film are written by S Harish.
