Shaji Kailas and Prithviraj have released two films last year. Kaduva and Kappa. The tiger was the first to arrive. The theatrical release of the film was on July 7 last year. On August 4, the film was released as an OTT release through Amazon Prime. Now eight months later, the Tamil dubbed version of the film has been released in Tamil Nadu. The film has started screening on around 65 screens in Tamil Nadu. The release of the film was on March 3. The film is released in Tamil Nadu by Tirupati Pictures.
The Malayalam version of Kaduva collected 25 crores in its first weekend of release. This was the best initial of Prithviraj’s career till then. Kaduva has achieved the collection of Janganamana in eight days in the first four days. The film was also helped by the successful release of foreign dubbing versions with great publicity.
