According to reports, director Shankar and actor Vijay are set to collaborate once again. As per DT Next, Shankar shared the film’s one-line with Vijay, who liked it and asked him to complete the script. However, Vijay currently has two big-budget films to complete. Additionally, Kamal Haasan’s “Indian 2” is also expected to be a game changer and features Ram Charan in a film with a political background.
Prior to this potential collaboration, Shankar and Vijay worked together on the film “Nanban,” which was released in 2012. “Nanban” was an official remake of the Bollywood blockbuster “3 Idiots.” In this film, Vijay portrayed the character originally played by Aamir Khan in the Hindi version. As for Vijay’s upcoming projects, he is working on a film called “Leo,” directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj.
