Manikuttan, Madhupal and Joy Mathew starrer “Sree Muthappan” official first look poster is out. “Sri Muthappan” is a film directed by Chandran Narikode. The film is produced by Anish Pillai under the banner of Prathithi House Creations.
Child actor Prithvi Rajeevan is playing the lead role in the film. Babu Annoor, Chef Nalan, Anish Pillai, Munshi Ranjith, Meera Nair and Ala S Nayana are the other important characters. Sri Muthappan Charitam is coming to the silver screen for the first time. The story of the film is the story of Srimuthappan, the Kankanda God and the hero of the struggle of the caste and occupationally oppressed people of North Malabar since ancient times.
This film presents the North Malabar’s own concept of God who loved nature and man like gold. The shooting of the film took place in various parts of Kannur such as Kunnathur and Parasshinikadav.
