In an earlier interview, Vikram Prabhu said that he is working on a new script and hopes that Vijay will like it. But now a new rumor is doing the rounds in Kollywood regarding this film. Vijay’s remuneration in ‘Thalapathi 68’ is the current hot debate. The news comes quoting some Tamil media. Reports suggest that Vijay was paid 150 crores for the film. The film is reportedly produced by AGS Entertainment. AGS is a Bigil production directed by Atlee and starring Vijay.

Anyway, the news that Vijay is collaborating with Venkat Prabhu in a film for a fee of 150 crores is widely discussed in Kollywood. After the success of Waris, there were reports that Vijay was considering a Telugu film with a Telugu director, but the new Venkid Prabhu film was reportedly shelved.
