For the upcoming romantic comedy Kushi, one of the most well-liked young actors in Telugu cinema, Vijay Deverekonda will team up with well-known actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu. The movie, which is billed as a lighthearted love story, has been in production for a while. According to a previous rumor, Kushi will release in theatres in December of this year. However, it has now been made official that Samantha and Vijay Deverakonda’s movie’s release has been delayed.
Vijay Deverakonda recently announced in an interview that Kushi’s release date has been postponed to next year for a number of reasons. The gifted actor did, however, disclose that the love drama is scheduled to premiere in theatres in the first quarter of 2023. “We have finished close to 60 percent of the shoot. We were originally hoping to release the film by December. But now it has been pushed to next year due to a bunch of reasons. We are eyeing February 2023 release as of now,” said Vijay Deverakonda in his interview.
The actor was all praise for Samantha, his co-star. When he was in college, Vijay Deverakonda admitted that he was in love with Samantha and that he used to go to the theatre just to see her movies on the big screen.
According to rumors, Samantha and Vijay Deverakonda’s movie is based on an unusual love story. Jayaram, Sachin Khedekar, Murali Sharma, Vennela Kishore, Lakshmi, Rohini, Ali, Rahul Ramakrishna, and other actors play supporting roles in the Shiva Nirvana-directed film.
