Mammootty‘s most attention-grabbing film in recent times is ‘Nanpakal Nerethu Mayakkam’. When Lijo Jose Pellissery and Mammootty teamed up, the audience got a magnificent film. Mammootty came to the stage to express his gratitude for the film which was received in a big way at the Kerala International Film Festival recently and received a welcome in the theatres. The new news is that the movie ‘Nanpakal Nerethu Mayakkam’ is coming to OTT.

The film was a mix of Tamil language and villages and was well received there as well. Mammootty’s first film under the company’s banner, ‘Nanpakal Nerathu Mayakkam’ was first screened in the competition section of the Kerala International Film Festival. The film was distributed by Dulquer’s Wayfarer Films. Apart from Mammootty, the film also starred Ashoka, Ramya Pandian, Kainkari Thangaraj, T Suresh Babu, Chetan Jayalal, Aswat Ashokumar, Sanjana Dipu, and many others. The screenplay of the film is by S Harish.
