29th Annual General Meeting of Tha Ranibidhai Film Association ‘Amma’. 290 members attended the meeting held at Gokulam Convention Center in Kochi. Female members participated more. More than eighty members had applied for leave through letters. In the meeting presided over by President Mohanlal, General Secretary Ivala Babu presented the annual report and Treasurer Siddique presented the figures. Mohanlal launched the new digital identity card of ‘Amma’ to Mammootty. The applications for membership of 6 people were considered in the executive committee meeting held last day. Vijayan Karanthur, Binu Pappu, Salim Bhava, Sanju Sivaram, Sreeja Ravi and Nikhila Vimal will be the new members of ‘Amma’. But on the application of Srinath Bhasi, it was decided to consider giving membership as soon as the NOC is received from the other organization.
9 people have disappeared inside Kalayavanika within this one year. Tributes were paid to them and Premkumar delivered a memorial lecture. The meeting also approved the holding of the Mazhavil Manorama Entertainment Awards from August 1 to 4, 2023. Membership was given to 9 people after the last general meeting.
