Meera Jasmine has been a magnificent and skilled singer, says Mithun.
There is clearly a ton of progress. Her hair is trimmed short, she is sparkling, and Mithun Eshwar says she’s simply made her singing introduction in a film. Meera Jasmine has been a great and gifted artist, says Mithun, who has made the music for the film. 
It is a first for the two of them — him as an arranger for a full element film, and her as an artist. The movie 10 Kalpanakal, coordinated by Don Max and created by ShutterBugs Entertainment will see Anoop Menon and Kaniha alongside Meera Jasmine
“She was very excited about it,” says Mithun. “Even earlier, she was to sing once for Ouseppachan sir but that didn’t happen. This one called Vedala Chirakil, written by Roy Puramadam has her singing a punchy number with me and MC Rude. It’s got a rap part and all, and will be the promotional song.” The song will be released one week from now.
Meera made her debut in the Malayalam film Soothradharan in 2001 directed by Lohithadas opposite Dileep. She worked in Kasthuriman Kunchako Boban in the year 2003 directed by A. K. Lohithadas and Produced by Mudra Arts. She also received her first Filmfare for the film. Meera worked with many talented actors in the south film industry. However, she received lots of praises for the film Ore Kadal along with megastar Mammootty.
The media quoted her as, “Matching step with the megastar in this histrionic race is Meera Jasmine who amazes you with a stunning delineation of her difficult role.” Apart from Malayalam movies, she has also worked in Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada films. Her Kannada fil Arrasu stars famous actor Puneeth Rajkumar
Jasmine’s biggest Telugu hit was Bhadra with Ravi Teja in the male lead. Her other Telugu films are Raraju, Maharadhi, Yamagola Malli Modalayindi, Gorintaku, and Maa Ayana Chanti Pilladu, in which she is paired for a second time with Sivaji.
