After two other people came forward for this number, it was auctioned. Finally, through an online auction, the star got the number for Rs 1.31 lakh.
The number 369, which had a base price of only Rs 5,000, became a brand number when Mammootty added it. Demand for this number increased when Mammootty’s name came up.Another number, K.L. 07 DC 500 was won by the native of Kochi for Rs 2.45 lakh through a fierce competition. Ernakulam Joint RTO said that five people were competing for this number. K.K. Rajeev said.Avid car enthusiasts, Mammootty and Dulquer Salmaan own several vehicles in their garages bearing the number 369. They own 369 cars like Mercedes Mayba GLS 600, G Wagon, Benz V Class, S Class Land Rover Defender, Range Rover, Volkswagen Polo GTI and even caravans.
