The Hindi remake of the blockbuster Malayalam film Drishyam 2, the Ajay Devgn film is now becoming one of the biggest hits in Bollywood. And Mohanlal-Jeethu Joseph’s Drishyam series in Malayalam was remade into Hindi with the same name. After the demise of Nishikant Kamat, who directed the first part of Drishyam in Hindi, Drishyam 2 was directed in Hindi by Abhishek Pathak. The roles played by Mohanlal and Meena in Malayalam were done in Hindi by the Ajay Devgan-Sreya Saran team.
Murali Gopi’s role in Malayalam is played by Akshay Khanna in Hindi, while Asha Sarath’s role is played in Hindi by Tabu. Drishyam 2 Hindi version is garnering a great audience and critical response. The film is also performing shockingly at the box office. Drishyam 2 Hindi version is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Kumar Mangat Pathak, Krishan Kumar, and Abhishek Pathak under the banner of Panorama Studios, Viacom Studios and T Series and Anthony Perumbavoor under the banner of Aashirwad Cinemas.
