Actor and former Rajya Sabha member Suresh Gopi has been appointed as the president of Satyajit Ray Film and Television Institute. Suresh Gopi is also the chairman of the governing council of the institute. The appointment is for three years. Union Minister Anurag Thakur shared this information on X Platform (Twitter).Union Minister Anurag Thakur said that Suresh Gopi’s wealth of experience will contribute to the progress of the institution. The minister said to Suresh Gopi that he wished him a fruitful administration.
