The audio launch of Dileep and Arun Gopi’s film ‘Bandra’ took place in Kochi, drawing a crowd of notables from the film industry. Alongside Dileep, the event saw the presence of Tamannaah, Arun Gopi, and the film’s producers. Directors Joshi and Shaji Kailas, producer Anthony Perumbavoor, actors Joju George, Siju Wilson, and more also graced the occasion.Bandra’ boasts a pan-Indian ensemble cast and is scripted by Udayakrishna. Ajith Vinayak produces the film under the banner of Ajith Vinayak Films. The movie is described as a mass action gangster film with a deep exploration of family relationships.
Director Arun Gopi clarified that despite the teaser giving off gangster vibes, ‘Bandra’ primarily unfolds as a mature love story. Dileep, during the audio launch, expressed his joy at dancing alongside a hero after a seven-year gap. He also credited Tamannaah Bhatia for making the film a reality, emphasizing her crucial role as the heroine.Notably, the film features Tamil actor Sarath Kumar and Bollywood actor Dino Morea, along with other big names like Nirabandra, Siddique, Kalabhavan Shajon, and Ganesh Kumar. ‘Bandra’ marks Dileep’s 147th film in his career, with Shaji Kumar handling the cinematography, Sam CS composing the music, Vivek Harshan in charge of editing, Subash Karun overseeing the art direction, and Ranganath Ravi handling sound design. Praveen Verma is the costume designer. The film’s action sequences are curated by a trio of experts: Anbariv, Phoenix Prabhu, and Mafia Shashi.”
