Actor Asif Ali has allegedly sustained an injury while training for his forthcoming movie, ‘John Denver.’ The information was disclosed by film director Rohith VS, recognized for works like ‘Adventures of Omanakuttan,’ in a Facebook post.
Something really unfortunate happened last day while training for our first action set piece. Asif Ali had a severe ACL injury and has been advised for a 3-month rest post-surgery. With sheer dedication and focus he was under training for the past six months to attain the bodily attributes of ‘John Denver’ and was in full form taking up the on-location training for the fight sequence under our stunt choreographer Uheh Nen and his team.
