With its partnership with Meta, Jiomart has seen a 7x growth in monthly orders through WhatsApp compared to the same period last year. With an end-to-end shopping experience within WhatsApp, Jiomart was able to reach consumers who were hesitant to shop online. 6x monthly growth enabled by user-friendly operation of the platform.
