The cast members have released the character video of Jailer, the latest film being prepared by Rajinikanth. The video has been released on the occasion of Rajinikanth‘s birthday. The name of the character played by the actor is ‘Muthuvel Pandian’.
The jailer is directed by Nelson Dilip Kumar. Ramya Krishnan will also play a strong character in the film. The film will release next year. Rajinikanth and Ramya Krishnan are teaming up after 23 years after the big hit ‘Patayappa’. Malayalam actor Vinayak and Kannada actor Shivraj Kumar are playing the lead roles in the film.
After Vijay’s ‘Beast’, Jailer is also a film directed by Nelson Dilip Kumar. As the name suggests, Rajinikanth plays the role of a jailer in the film. Vijay Karthik Kannan is handling the cinematography for the film, which has music composed by Anirudh Ravichander. Stunt Shiva is the action choreographer of the film. A huge set was also built for the film at Ramoji Rao Film City. This is Rajinikanth’s next film after Annathe.
