Mottai Rajendran, Ramesh Thilak, Satish Darsha Gupta, Arjunan, and Thanga Durai are playing central roles in the movie.
The cinematography of the film is done by Deepak D Menon. The music director of the film is Javed Riaz. Oh, My Ghost is produced by Harz Studios and VAU Media Entertainment. Satish Kumar is the sound designer and Arul Siddharth is the cinematographer. Art direction is done by Ramesh and SJ Ram.
