According to reports, the EVA IVF Hospital has filed a lawsuit against the movie because it portrays their facility negatively.
The hospital reportedly claimed that the way the surrogacy mafia is portrayed in the movie could damage its credibility and image. The hospital’s management submitted a lawsuit to the Hyderabad court. Additionally, they asserted in their appeal that the movie utilized their name improperly and damaged their reputation. The court then delayed the movie’s OTT release after siding with the hospital administration. According to reports, the movie was scheduled to premiere on December 19.
