For the next movie “Mei Hoom Moosa,” directed by Jibu Jacob of “Vellimoonga,” Suresh Gopi will work alongside him. The movie’s post-production work is completed, and the creators have now revealed the movie’s release date. The Suresh Gopi-starring movie is scheduled for a theatrical release and opens in theatres on September 30.
“Gear up for this fun, frolic, and inspiring journey of Moosa. 👋 #MeiHoomMoosa in cinemas from September 30th! 🤩,” the makers wrote on social media, announcing the release date.
Suresh Gopi is portraying the title character, Moosa, who is said to be an ex-military man, in “Mei Hoom Moosa,” which is billed as a total entertainer. A preview for the movie, recently released by the creators, promises a jam-packed entertainment experience with intense moments and just the right amount of humor.

The primary actor is Suresh Gopi while supporting roles will be played by Saiju Kurup, Hareesh Kanaran, Salim Kumar, Sudheer Karamana, Major Ravi, Mithun Ramesh, Jubil Rajan P Dev, Kalabhavan Rahman, Shashankan Mayyanad, Mohammed Shariq, Saran, Poonam Bajwa, Srinda, Aswini Reddy, Veena Nair, Savith. Mei Hoom Moosa’ is Jibu Jacob’s fifth directorial. He has previously helmed films – ‘Vellimoonga’, ‘Munthirivallikal Thalirkkumbol’, ‘Adhyarathri’, and, ‘Ellam Sheriyakum’.
Technically speaking, the editor is Sooraj ES, while the cinematographer is Vishnu Narayanan. Sreenath Sivasankaran is in charge of the music for the movie, and Rafeeq Ahmed, Harinarayanan, Sajid Samji, and Vipin Unyal wrote the lyrics. Art director Sajith Shivaganga is responsible. Nisar Rahmath is the designer of the costumes. Pradeep Rangan is in charge of the makeup, and Binoop S. Devan is in charge of the sound design. Colorist Liju Prabhakar is responsible.
