Rajinikanth is in a cameo role in the film. Rajinikanth had already made it clear that he would be in Lal Salaam, but the crew did not give any hint to anyone about his look or the name of the character. In the poster, Moideen Bhai can be seen walking through a riot-infested street. The text of the two posters that were released read Moideen Bhai has arrived and Attam has begun. Vishnu Vishal and Vikrant are the heroes of the film. Aishwarya has also written the screenplay of the film. With the release of the first look of the big-budget film, the expectations of the fans are high.
