Dhoomam is the first Malayalam film produced by Homballe Films after the all-time hits KGF and Kantara in the history of Indian cinema. The film will hit theaters on Friday, June 23. Dhoomam is a Malayalam film produced by Pawan Kumar, who has produced notable films like Manasare, Lucia, U-Turn, and Ondu Moteye Kathai. Fahad Fazil, Aparna Balamurali, Roshan Mathew, Achyut Kumar, Vineeth, Joy Mathew, and Anu Mohan are playing the central characters in the film. The film’s music is composed by Kannada hitmaker Purnachandra Tejashwi. Cinematography by Preeta Jayaraman. Preeta, who handled the camera for Kannamoochi Yennada, Abhi Yum Naan, Akashmantha, and Hai Sinamika, is the niece of renowned cinematographer PC Sriram.
The film is distributed in Kerala by Magic Frames and Prithviraj Productions. The film is released in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi languages. Karthik Gowda and Vijay Subramaniam are the creative producers.
