The central character in the film, Surya (Arjun), is an avid lover, a virtuous son. However, in a fit of wrath and fury, he happens to shoot at someone without being granted a warrant by his senior authorities to do it. The story unfolds further depicting his struggles, crusade against the system and his everyday jostling to have his way. The film also presents a delightful big-screen harmony between Arjun and his lead co-star Anu Emmanuel. The romance sequence in Ente Peru Surya Ente Veedu India keeps the charm alive throughout the film.
