It is reported that the third part of Drishyam is being prepared. The Malayalam film was remade into Bollywood and other languages.
Now another good news is coming out. New reports say that Drishyam is also reaching Hollywood. There are reports that the remake of the film has started. Production company Panorama Studios has announced that it has tied up with Gulfstream Pictures and Jot Films for a Hollywood remake of the Drishyam franchise. Panorama Studios has acquired the international remake rights of the first and second parts of Drishyam from Asheervad Cinemas.
The Korean remake of the film is also in progress. Moreover, the production company stated that the film will be made in Spanish as well. After releasing in Hollywood and Korean, Panorama Studios said they are aiming to release the film in 10 more countries. Drishyam was released on 13 December 2013. Meena, Ansiba Hassan, Esther Anil, Kalabhavan Shajon, Asha Sarath, Siddique, Roshan Basheer and Neeraj Madhav have played the lead roles. The film was a huge success and was released in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Sinhala and Mandarin languages.
