Bollywood actress Neha Dhupia has been spending time with her munchkins Mehr and Guriq at home and frequently, she gives her fans a brief look into her life through web-based entertainment. On Thursday, Neha started her day with a yoga session and indeed. It was with her children Guriq and Mehr, who joined Neha as she tried to adjust herself while doing an asana. The Thursday entertainer actress was happy the way that her children too joined her yoga session and chose to share a glimpse of it on her handle.
Sharing photographs from the yoga sessions, Neha offered her viewpoints on parenthood and the way things were tied in with tracking down the’fine balance’ somehow. She stated, “They say #motherhood is all about find that fine balance …. One way or the other we always manage to get there … ab chahe life ho ya #yoga.” With this, Neha said thanks to her yoga teacher for being patient for her children and her during the session.
