Family Says Bruce Willis Has Dementia

Hollywood superstar Bruce Willis was diagnosed with dementia. Bruce Willis is suffering from frontotemporal dementia which affects the front and right side of the brain. The actor retired from acting last year after losing his ability to speak.

‘Relieved to be able to make an accurate diagnosis. Bruce was afflicted with a disease usually seen in people under the age of sixty. Thank you so much for everyone’s love and care. This is a disease for which there is currently no cure. Hopefully, this situation will change in the future…’ Bruce Willis’ family said in a press release. The press release was signed by Bruce’s wife Emma Heming and their two children and his first wife Demi Moore and their three children.

Bruce Willis is one of the stars who conquered the world cinema in the eighties and nineties. His filmography has many super hits like ‘Die Hard’, ‘The Sixth Sense’, ‘Armageddon’ and ‘Pulp Fiction’. He has received Golden Globe nominations five times and has won the award once. He won two out of three Emmy nominations. Social interactions outside the cinema are also noteworthy.
