A petition has been filed in the High Court seeking a direction to Indigo to take action against film star Vinayakan. GB James approached the court alleging that Vinayaka had insulted him during the flight. According to the complaint, the actor insulted a fellow passenger while boarding an IndiGo flight. The incident took place at the Goa airport. The complainant had a bad experience with the actor while traveling from Chandigarh to Kochi. Vinayakan burst out and abused his fellow passenger after accusing the complainant who was watching the video on his phone at the boarding bridge of taking the actor’s video.
Even after asking the actor to check his phone that he was not taking the video, Vinayakan was not even ready to listen to it and continued his abuse. In the incident, Indigo approached the airline with a complaint, but the airline took the stand that nothing could be done as the passenger had already boarded the flight. GB James approached the High Court against this. GB James demands that the airline be directed to take action against the actor.
