Currently, Vijay Deverakonda is experiencing difficulties in his work life. His career has suffered a serious setback as a result of the unanticipated failure of Liger, which was meant to make him a pan-Indian sensation. Even his subsequent film, Jana Gana Mana, with director Puri Jagannadh has reportedly been shelved after a few schedules following the Liger fiasco. Mohanlal, a popular Malayalam actor, appears to have come to Vijay’s aid as he desperately needs a multilingual hit to restore his reputation across India.

AVS Studios has hired Mohanlal to play the lead role in the multilingual movie Vrushabha. The movie will be dubbed in Kannada, Hindi, and Tamil in addition to being shot in Malayalam and Telugu. Previously, AVS Studios claimed in a press release that the film was about the relationship between a father and son. A “top Telugu star” was anticipated to join the cast to play the son, despite the fact that Mohanlal will be playing the father in the film.

According to the most recent reports, Vijay Deverakonda will now play Mohanlal’s on-screen son in Vrushabha. According to reports, the Arjun Reddy actor and filmmaker Nanda Kishore have already begun discussing the project. It is anticipated that a formal announcement in this regard will be made soon.

The film’s production team includes Abhishek Vyas, Praveer Singh, and Shyam Sunder, and filming is set to begin in May of next year. Nanda Kishore, the film’s director, previously stated that he spent a full five years writing the Vrusabha script.

In the meantime, Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Vijay Deverakonda are preparing for their highly anticipated Telugu flick Kushi. Shiva Nirvana is the director of the upcoming movie. The original release date for Kushi was December 23. Vijay recently disclosed that the film’s release date has been moved to the first quarter of 2023 in an interview.
