The film was released in Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, Middle East, Singapore, Malaysia and Sri Lanka. It was the first Kollywood movie to be colour graded in 4K resolution.<\/p>\n<p>Shankar and Rajinikanth later joined for Enthiran and 2.0 in 2010 and 2018 separately.
