WhatsApp, which is facing opposition to the new rules and regulations around the world, has made a big announcement on Privacy Policy on Friday. Messaging app WhatsApp has announced that it has postponed the privacy policy postpone till May 2021. Please tell that before 8 February, WhatsApp users were required to accept the privacy policy. It was being said that the new rules would not be accepted, but the users would not be able to use their WhatsApp account.

On 8 February, no user’s account will be suspended or deleted. While clarifying earlier, WhatsApp said that we cannot see your private messages or listen to your calls and neither can Facebook.

In the updated policy of WhatsApp, some things have been written in the license you are giving to the company. It states that to operate our services, you can upload, submit, store, send or receive content to WhatsApp worldwide to use, reproduce, distribute and display, non-exclusive, royalty free, Sublicensable and transferable licenses. 

People have been fiercely downloading the Signal app which competes with WhatsApp. Because of which now news of Signal app is coming down from all over the world. Due to this people are facing a lot of problems. Signal has also informed by tweeting that ‘technical difficulties’ are coming in the app. However, news is also coming that the problem of the downing of the Signal app has been rectified in some parts.
