Bharti Airtel has reportedly started efforts to bring PUBG Mobile back to India after the failure of the PUBG Corporation talks with Reliance Jio. According to Entracker, initial discussions have taken place between Airtel and PUBG Corporation regarding the transfer of the distribution rights of PUBG Mobile to the country.

PUBG is trying hard to somehow get back to India, one of their biggest markets. However, neither Airtel nor PUBG Corporation has officially commented on the talks. There are indications that confirmation in this regard may come soon.

It was reported yesterday that the download of the game has dropped significantly after PUBG was banned in India last month. The game, which had 14.6 million downloads in August, dropped to 10.7 million in September. However, this did not affect the company’s revenue. The South Korean gaming company derives most of its revenue from countries such as China, the US and Japan.
