Nitin Manmohan, a well-known film producer, passed away. The filmmaker, who worked on films like Rishi Kapoor’s Bol Radha Bol and Salman Khan’s Ready, died after suffering a massive heart attack. His death was confirmed by a friend, producer Kaleem Khan.

Nitin Manmohan has been in the hospital since December 3rd after suffering a heart attack. He had been on a ventilator for the previous 15 days. His daughter Prachi said, “He passed away this morning. He was on hospitalized for the past three weeks.” An official at the hospital told PTI, “He was admitted to the hospital due to cardiac issues. He came in a very critical condition and was admitted to the ICU.”

His daughter Prachi confirmed he was hospitalized earlier this month. In an interview, she said, “Dad is very critical.” His son Soham, who lives in Dubai, traveled to India and has remained by Nitin’s side at all times. It was also reported that Akshay Kumar, who collaborated with Nitin on films such as Deewangee and Gali Gali Chor Hai, was among the first stars to reach out to the family after learning about Nitin’s health condition.

The filmmaker has produced some of Bollywood’s most successful films. Bol Radha Bol, Army, Shool, Love Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega, Dus, Chal Mere Bhai, Maha-Sangram, Insaaf, Deewangi, Nayee Padosan, Adharm, Baaghi (Salman Khan), Eena Meena Deeka, Tathastu, Tango Charlie, Gali Gali Chor Hai, Dil Maange More, and Sab Kushal Mangal are among them.

Nitin Manmohan’s wife, daughter Prachi, and son Soham survive him. Hemant Panchamiya, his brother, lives in Pune and is a well-known exhibitor in Mumbai.
