One of the biggest films in the South, Liger starring Vijay Deverakonda, flopped miserably both commercially and with audiences, resulting in significant losses for the cast and crew. After the collapse of Liger, Vijay Deverakonda reportedly returned his pay of Rs. 6 crores to the producers as a result of this commercial failure.

Vijay Deverakonda has made the decision to take control of the situation and make up for the loss.
