On Valentine’s Day, the producers of Dhanush and Malavika Mohanan starrer Maaran shared a poster on social media. One can see, Dhanush and Malavika Mohanan make for a sizzling onscreen pair and fans can hardly wait to know what’s coming up for them. The poster shows Dhanush and Malavika embraced in a hug and it also has the wishes for valentine’s day.
The producers of the activity thrill ride movie Maaran have chosen to skip theatrical release and will debut directly on Disney+ Hotstar. Music director GV Prakash has been roped in for the film’s music. The first single of the film will be an exceptional one as has been sung by Dhanush himself. He has teamed with ‘Enjoy Enjaami’ fame Arivu for the rap portions. Earlier, GV Prakash posted, “#maaran opening song work … mix and matering on progress… Sung by @dhanushkraja rapped by @therukural written by Vivek …” (sic).

Produced by Sathya Jyothi films, Maaran is supposed to be a thriller. The music is made by G. V. Prakash Kumar, with cinematography taken care of by Vivekanand Santhosham and editing done by Prasanna G. K. Apart from Dhanush and Malavika Mohanan, the movie also has Mahendran, Ameer Sultan, Samuthirakani, and Smruthi Venkat in important roles.
On the work front, Dhanush hit the features as of late as he separated from spouse Aishwaryaa Rajinikanth following 18 years of marriage. They shared an official update of the same and requested that everyone respect their decision and privacy.
