Mumbai: With just three days to go for the release of Anwar Rasheed’s film ‘Trans’, the censorship scandal has rocked. The film will be reviewed by CBFC (Central Board of Film Certification) Revising Committee in Hyderabad today.
The members of the Thiruvananthapuram Center, having evaluated the film, have been asked to avoid scenes that are eight minutes long. The committee will see the film at 3 pm. The revising committee will decide which scenarios to avoid.
Director Anwar Rasheed, however, refused to confirm the censor board’s decision. Subsequently, the picture was sent for review by the CBFC Revising Committee in Hyderabad.
