The politician-turned-actor discovered that one of his fans had a birthday that day while touring Hindupur in the Andhra Pradesh district of Sri Sathyasai. The actor unexpectedly showed up at the fan’s house to surprise him. His fan was in amazement at the Telugu star’s unexpected visit.

Balakrishna can be seen enjoying time with his fan and his family in the video that was posted on Twitter. Balayya was spotted outside the home of a fan, dressed simply in all-white and wearing a green turban on his head. When the fan saw his favorite celebrity in front of him, he honored the actor by giving him a scarf.
Balakrishna and his admirers were both spotted grinning. Fans of the Akhanda actor have expressed appreciation for the video and his kind gesture. Nandamuri decided during his visit to Hindupur that all residents of the district will receive free healthcare. In the region, a unique bus service called NTR Arogya Ratham has begun running and will provide free medical services
The medical services will be provided through a mobile van, where a medical team made up of a doctor, nurse, pharmacist, six medical personnel, and a computer operator will be on hand, according to Nandamuri Balakrishna.
