Kurukan is a film in which Vineeth Srinivasan and Srinivasan come together as the lead characters. The makers have released the trailer of the film. Srinivasan portrays Krishnan, a man who regularly appears in the courts to testify falsely. Meanwhile, Vineeth Srinivasan plays the role of an SI. Another notable character is Shine Tom Chacko in the film which tells the story with a touch of humour. The makers have presented a 2.05-minute-long teaser.
Kurukan is directed by debutant Jayalal Divakaran. Produced by Mahasubair under the Varnachitra banner, the film also stars Sudhir Karamana, Srikanth Murali, Dilip Menon, Joji John, Aswat Lal, Balaji Sharma, Krishnan Balakrishnan, Nandan Unni, Aziz Nedumangad, Malavika Menon, Gauri Nanda, Shruti Jayan, Anjali Satyanath and Ansiba Hassan. Jibu Jacob handles the cinematography. Manoj Ramsingh is writing the screenplay and dialogues. Manu Manjith’s lyrics are composed by Unni Ilayaraja. Editing Ranjan Abraham, Executive Producer Sainuddin, Production Designer Dinesh. The film will hit theaters on July 27.
