The longest documentary 100 years of Chrysostom by Blessy Into the Indian Panorama

Throwing malayalam film enthusiasts into ecstasy names of films selected to be showcased on Indian panorama of iffi to be held at goa from Jan 16-24 contains several participation from Malayalam. Out of the 20 non feature film critically acclaimed director Blessy‘s first documentary 100 years of chrysostom is one of the malayalam entry. This documentary was in news earlier for being the longest documentary with a span of 48 hours and 10 minutes. The documentary shows lights into the multi-dimensional personality of centenarian most reverend Dr Philipose Mar Chrysostom, the emeritus head of the Mar Thoma Syrian Church based in Kerala. Selection of this documentary into the panorama is a proud moment for not only his followers but also the malayalam film industry.  The three mainstream films have been selected by an internal committee of DFF, based on the recommendations of the Film Federation of India (FFI) and Producers Guild. The 20 non-feature films are:

The selected films will be showcased on the big screen for all the registered delegates and representatives from the selected films, during the eight-day film festival in Goa, from January 16-24, 2021.
