“I know, when fears begin to overwhelm me, my journey will end in sorrow. Fear, to a certain extent, is born with a story we have to tell ourselves. So I chose a different story to tell. I told myself I was safe, that I was strong and brave and that nothing could beat me. The last few months have had good and bad days in my life. There have been days when I was completely upset. Painful conditions that even lift a finger. The pain felt like a chain. A chain that starts with physical pain and ends with mental and emotional pain. Several post-chemo sections and post-surgery times. Moments that hurt even when laughing. Fighting experiences every minute. I feel like every person should accept their feelings. We need to understand that there are bad times. There is no point in forcing ourselves to always be happy and radiant. For whom are we fake, acting? I let myself cry. Allowed to feel pain. He was kind to me. Understanding what we are going through is a good way to accept that situation. Emotions are not wrong, negative emotions are not wrong.
