On Tuesday, Tamil actor Siddharth claimed that Madurai airport security agents had “harassed” his parents. The actor uploaded an Instagram post to bring attention to the incident because he is known for expressing his strong ideas on social media. He reported that despite requests to converse in English, the authorities continued to speak in Hindi.

In the story that seems to have been deleted from his account, the actor said, “Harassed for 20 mins at empty Madurai airport by CRPF. They made my senior parents remove coins from their bags! And repeatedly talked to us in Hindi after being told to speak in English. Rude AF. When we protested they said in India this is how it is. Jobless people showing off power.”Siddharth

The Central Industrial Security Force, or CISF, is in charge of security at the airport in Madurai. However, the actor leveled accusations against the Central Reserve Police Force in an Instagram Story post.

The last time audiences saw Siddharth was in the 2021 theatrical release of the bilingual film Maha Samudram in Tamil and Telugu. Ajay Bhupathi, known for his role in RX 100, helmed the love drama. Escaype Live, which was shown on Disney + Hotstar, marks the actor’s comeback to the big screen.

Siddharth recently stated that Hindi films and serials ought to take an intriguing approach in an interview with a national television network. “People frequently overlook the fact that I’m a Delhi boy. I speak Hindi really well. I have, however, seen a lot of South Indian films. As a result, learning Hindi will always remain a passion. I won’t miss it when something fascinating is provided to me,” he stated.
