Shammi will be seen in King of Kotha as Kotha Ravi, the father of Dulquer Salmaan’s protagonist Kotha Rajendran. The film is written by Abhilash N Chandran. The 95-day shoot ended in February in Karaikudi, Tamil Nadu. King of Kotha is an action-heavy film. Apart from Malayalam, the film will also be released in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, and Kannada languages.
Prasanna, Shabir Kallarakal, Aishwarya Lakshmi, Naila Usha, Chemban Vinod, Gokul Suresh, Shanthi Krishna, Vadachennai Sharan, and Anikha Surendran are playing the other characters. Jakes Bejoy and Shaan Rahman are composing the music.
