When we inquired about this in the serial circle, RK Manohar said that his wife was undergoing breast cancer treatment at Pattukottai, so she left him last Saturday with the driver in his silo car from his hometown to Chennai. They were involved in a minor accident when they came near Trichy. His car was crushed and the driver suddenly applied the brakes, causing some injuries. A head injury was also reported. He was later admitted to Pattukottai Hospital and returned home.
