It is notable that the hotly anticipated ‘Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kaadhal’ directed by Vignesh Shivan is at long last set to hit the screen on April 28 this year on Samantha’s birthday. In the meantime, the producers have released the teaser of the film today before 14th Feb Valentine’s Day.
The film stars Vijay Sethupathi, Nayanthara, and Samantha, and vows to be a lighthearted comedy playing on a romantic love triangle between its lead actors. Almost 100 seconds teaser gives a brief look at Vijay Sethupathi attempting to get away from the circumstance of having loving two individuals Kanmani Ganguly and Khatija played by Nayanthara and Samantha separately.

Yesterday, the makers released a poster from the film, where all the three leads can be seen recreating the iconic pose from the Hollywood film Titanic. Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Nayanthara are dressed in a similar outfit as they pose with Vijay Sethupathi.
Vijay Sethupathi assumes the part of a person called RAMBO also known as Ranjankudi Anbarasu Murugesa Boopathy Ohoondhiran. The film is bankrolled by Seven Screen Studio in relationship with Vignesh Shivan’s Rowdy Pictures. Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kaadhal has been produced by Rowdy Pictures and Seven Screen Studios. Anirudh Ravichander has composed the music, while Vijay Kartik Kannan has done the cinematography.
Nayanthara and Vignesh worked together for the romantic movie Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kaadhal. While Vignesh Shivan has directed the film, Nayanthara will play the lead in it alongwith Vijay Sethupathi and Samantha Ruth Prabhu. Samantha and Nayanthara will work together for the first time on screen.
