Pushpa fever does not appear to be fading any faster! Rashmika Mandanna, an actress from the movie Pushpa, made a spectacular entrance at an awards ceremony in the city and exuded pure Indian beauty. Not only did the actress grace the awards function with her personality, but she also had Salman Khan moving to the popular Saami Saami song from the blockbuster film Pushpa.
In a popular video, Salman Khan and the show’s host, Maniesh Paul, can be seen dancing along with Rashmika to the song Saami Saami. The actress attended yesterday night’s Lokmat Most Stylish Awards ceremony in the city. Her followers are sharing the award show footage widely on social media after it became popular there.
The Saami Saami song has previously dominated online culture. Rashmika previously posted a video of a young student dancing easily to the song Saami Saami from the film Pushpa. Rashmika claimed the ‘cutie’ had changed her day and said that she wanted to see her after being overcome by the girl’s actions.
“Maaaaadddddeeeeee myyyyy daaaaaay. I want to meet this cutie. How can I?” Rashmika tweeted in response to the video’s original tweet.
When Pushpa was released in December 2021, it became a huge hit both in Hindi circuits and in Telugu-speaking states. Together with its Hindi counterpart, the movie’s box office earnings reached Rs 100 crore. Additionally, it is rumored that the movie would have a huge budget of Rs. 400 crores, of which half would go directly toward production. The movie is anticipated to hit theatres the following year. According to rumors, major OTT powerhouses like Disney Plus Hotstar and Amazon Prime are willing to purchase the digital rights to Pushpa: The Rule.
Rashmika also has the Amitabh Bachchan co-starring film GoodBye and Vamshi Paidipally’s directing project Varisu in the works.
