‘Retraction Of Charges And Apology, 50 Crore Compensation’ Annamalai Udayanidhi’s Notice

Sports Minister, DMK Youth Wing president, and actor Udayanidhi Stalin has sent a legal notice against BJP Tamil Nadu President K. Annamalai demanding that he retract the corruption allegations against him within 48 hours. Udayanidhi also demanded a compensation of Rs 50 crore. In the name of ‘DMK files’, the BJP president has made many allegations of corruption against DMK leaders including Chief Minister Stalin. The notice also demanded that the apology be published in every national and local newspaper, all national and regional television channels, and social media.

Chief Minister M.K. Annamalai had alleged that Stalin’s son and Sports Minister Udayanidhi Stalin and Stalin’s son-in-law Sabreesan had acquired more wealth on arrival last year. Annamalai also released the audio of the conversation which Finance Minister Palanivel Thiagarajan claimed to be speaking in this regard. It is said that this is a conversation between the finance minister and a journalist. Annamalai had also demanded that the information of those who invested money in Red Giant Movies, a film production company owned by Udayanidhi, be released. Annamalai claims that this is a conversation between the finance minister and a journalist. Annamalai has made many corruption allegations against DMK leaders including Chief Minister Stalin under the name of DMK Files. The DMK had also sent a lawyer notice against Annamalai alleging defamation. Stalin has yet to respond to the allegations.
