He recently made waves when rumors circulated regarding him playing a role in Lokesh Kanagaraj’s Thalapathy 67. However, the Kirik Party star resorted to Twitter to dispel the rumors and reveal his forthcoming film schedule. According to his tweet, Rakshit is not a part of Vijay and Lokesh’s Thalapathy 67.
Rakshit Shetty had a huge hit with 777 Charlie, which received overwhelmingly positive reviews across the country. The picture was both commercially and critically successful.
Rakshit was recently in the headlines when it was reported that he has landed a role in Thalapathy 67. He has now resorted to Twitter to provide an update on his upcoming movie. He mentioned the films that are keeping him awake at night, and Thalapathy 67 is not on the list.
He stated,”My line ups are quite clear after SSE. i.e. RA, PK 1 and 2, M2M… these are the only four films which give me sleepless nights. No KP2 as well… but I have different plans for KP2. Let’s see. Anything else u read on the internet isn’t true. Was never true… Love you all (sic).”
