Rajinikanth and Aishwarya will work together on a project professionally for the first time. The actor will make a cameo appearance in his daughter’s film Laal Salaam. Vishnu Vishal and Vikranth have been cast as the movie’s leads, while Lyca Productions is funding the project.
Aishwarya had already sent her father her best wishes by releasing a special poster from Lala Salaam that included a silhouette of Rajinikanth and his supporters. In addition, Ajith will star in the upcoming action comedy Jailer. The creators of the film published a special teaser from it on Thalaiva’s 72nd birthday, introducing the superstar as Muthuvel Pandian. Muthuvel Pandian is shown in the trailer as an elderly guy from a lowly background. The plot twist, however, comes when he pulls a gun while wearing a grim expression, implying that something explosive is about to happen.
The Nelson Dilipkumar-directed film, which is billed as an action thriller, also stars Ramya Krishnan, Yogi Babu, Vasanth Ravi, Vinayakan, and others in key parts, with Shiva Rajkumar playing the antagonist.
