Earlier, the film created a record for the amount earned through audio rights. According to reports, the audio rights amount of Pushpa 2 is 65 crores. If this is true then it will be the highest amount ever earned by a film for audio rights in Indian cinema. This is higher than the recent notable films like RRR and Ponniyin Selvan. RRR received 26 crores and Ponniyin Selvan 24 crores in this category. The Rashmika Mandana starter is being produced by Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar under the banner Maitri Movie Makers. Featuring Allu, Rashmika, and Fahadh besides Dhanunjay, Rao Ramesh, Sunil, Anasuya Bharadwaj, and Ajay Ghosh, the film has music by Devi Sri Prasad (DSP), cinematography by Miroslav Kuba Brosek and editing by Karthika Srinivas.
