Prior this week, there were bits of gossip that Prithviraj’s eagerly awaited motion picture Karnan was racked, after its maker proceeded onward to back another epic, period film titled Maamaankam, which has Mammootty in the lead.On pulling out of Karnan, maker Venu had said in a meeting, “When Karnan was declared, we intended to make it on a financial plan of Rs 60 crore. Be that as it may, when we went ahead with the film, I felt it would cost considerably more and that is the reason I pulled back.”
The film’s executive RS Vimal however keeps up that Karnan is particularly on track and the group intends to make an official declaration inside a month. “Because a maker pulled back, it doesn’t imply that the film has been slowed down.
