Pathaan is a film that created a lot of controversies days before its release. But after overcoming all these difficulties, Pathan is getting ready for release on January 25. After a long time, Shahrukh is coming as the hero in the action film, which is the main thing for Pathan. Deepika Padukone and John Abraham are playing the lead roles.
But a directive given to the makers of Pathan by the Delhi High Court is now in the news. The Delhi High Court on Monday directed the makers of the film, Yashraj Films, to prepare audio description, subtitles, and closed captions in the Hindi version of the film when it releases Pathan OTT so that the visually impaired can enjoy it.
The High Court’s order came while considering a petition demanding that blind and hearing-impaired people should be given an opportunity to watch Pathan movies as per the rights guaranteed under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.
