The first look teaser of Tamil anthology movie Navarasa has been released. The teaser has been released including the release date of the film. The movie will hit Netflix on August 6. The first look teaser of a special concept by renowned director Bharat Bala has been released. The teaser takes the audience through the emotions played by the main characters in all the nine stories in the anthology film.
Navarasa is an anthology film directed by Mani Ratnam and produced by Jayendra Panchapakesan . Navarasa is unique in that it is directed by nine directors with nine stories based on nine flavors. The film is directed by Priyadarshan, Gautham Menon, Arvind Swamy, Bijoy Nambiar, Arvind Swamy, Sarjun, Rathindran Prasad, Karthik Subbaraj and Vasant.
Navarasa is based on the language of foreign language actresses who have captivated the minds of the Malayalee audience with their romance, compassion, heroism, brutality, comedy, horror, horror, wonder and serenity. Produced under the banner of Mani Ratnam’s Madras Talkies and Jayendra Panchapakesan’s Cube Cinema Technologies, this Tamil anthology is produced by AP under the banner of Just Ticket. International and Wide Angle Creations are also partners.
The proceeds from the film will be donated to the Covid Crisis Film Workers’ Association through Fepsi, an organization of Tamil filmmakers. For this, the actors and actresses of Navarasa worked in the film for free without getting paid. Mani Ratnam and Jayandra Panchapakesan said that the idea of Navarasa was born out of a strong motivation to help and support the Tamil film industry.
